Non-returnable products: You are not entitled to return or exchange any of the following products:
- that has been used, damaged by you, or is in a condition different from when you received it.
- Any consumables that have been used or installed in something else.
- Any products that are missing or have their serial number tampered with.
- Any products from the specified categories including household, baby and women's products.
The following table shows our return and exchange policy according to each product category:
